We specialize in restoring and re-manufacturing grand pianos, in particular vintage Steinway & Sons and Mason & Hamlin pianos. We work closely with our clients to determine precisely what they want from their instrument and then tailor the sound quality, keyboard responsiveness, and of course the case refinishing to the optimal specifications.

The finest pianos are largely manufactured by hand, and that is how we rebuild them. We use the best available parts; many components are custom-built for each instrument. We employ a variety of techniques for balancing they keyboard action to suit a particular playing style and for making the piano's voice suit the room it will be in. Our re-manufacturing process is designed to produce a piano that has value, integrity, and musical quality equal or superior to a new instrument.
